I think the Wrenching time needs to go way down and the time running to the parts store goes way up.

I think looking for the right tool is about 50% of my time, and 50% of that time I spend looking for a tool, it's been in my hand the entire time I'm looking for it.
Something needs to be added that says "Did you buy the part from Autozone?". The next question is after that is "Did you have say a prayer that it will: fit/be the right part/actually work?". |

Last night I stopped at Autozone for windshield wipers. All of the employees were flipping pennies all over the store. I've got half a mind to tell a contact I have at the corporate offices. I don't know if that would do any good though. |
