E-Series Van vs. Transit Van
Some of you may know there are rumors that Ford is planning to phase out the best selling E-Series van for the new Transit.
So the big question is; which one do you guys prefer? ![]()

E series. The transit has too much of a European double decker bus look to it, too narrow and too tall. A good strong wind would blow that thing over...

I'm hoping they find a way to make them coexist. The Transit is better for commercial use, and the E-Series is better for a passenger vehicle in my opinion. If I had to choose one or the other, I'd say E-Series. I've always been an Econoline fan (especially the 4X4). I really really like the old 60's Econolines.
I also hoped Ford would make the Ranger and F150 coexist. Didn't work out so hot, did it? |

Wow that Econoline is a beast.
Technically anything for the old Excursion should work on the Econoline right? Here's one going down the tracks.

Check this Duramax out from our track (about 4 miles from me). Yes, that would spank the Stang. This is a "street legal" drag night.

I've seen a 9 second 1/4 mile f250 running the 6.0l diesel that was daily driven. Pure sex!
